Design of the swimming pool was nice and the decoration

Location was not nice, the room was noisy I changed the room but still, I didn't like my stay there it wasn't comfy. Advice if you have to visit this hotel stay away from room 242 its like drilling machine in your room at the end its the sound of the elevator.

Overall a fine stay for 2 nights. Service-oriented staff, satisfactory breakfast, unbeatable location very close to points of interest in Beverly hills and the public areas and a beautiful indoor / outdoor mall. Well-kept room and beautifully decorated, with it's own balcony and coffee.

It is a nice hotel, with good service and a reasonable price.

I love this hotel, it's one of a kind - and I go to many hotels around the world, this is one that I keep going back to... Now my fourth trip!

The shower did not work and the rooms are very small. At night you can hear the kitchen.

From the 1st minute we arrived, we were taken care of in the most gentle/friendly manner by all the girls working there (Ryann, Amber, Frances > big up) and the valet guys. We even had little friendly touching notes and chocolates in our room once in a while. The swimming pool area/restaurant is very pleasant and the background music is very chilled, unlike other hotels. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and we loved the 50's decoration. The location of the hotel is very good because central (same distance between the beach and Hollywood, near the central part of BH, close to Melrose). Bottom line, it made our trip fantastic.

The room itself was brand-new with a balcony as well as cheerfully decorated and the breakfast was satisfactory. The staff were reasonably good, friendly services.

What a unique hotel! We loved the vibe, like living in the 70-80's beverly hills era. The location is unbeatable, just a short distance to shops and cafes. Special thanks to carlo, eunice, and asuman for their excellent service! Their warmth.

The Avalon Hotel is so charming with its mid-century modern vibe. The pool area really caught my eye with cozy cabanas and beautiful stone tables. Stellar. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and nice design, but I noticed some signs of wear, especially in the bathroom. It could use a bit of maintenance. Staff were attentive, which elevated the stay. Location is fantastic, especially for shopping and dining in Beverly Hills. I did find the shower pressure lacking, though. A bit frustrating after a long day. Parking is valet only, at $53. It would be great to have more options. The experience balanced between nostalgia and comfort, but a few updates would really enhance it.
